Sonoma Coast Villa offers a picturesque backdrop for an outdoor wine country wedding.
Our facilities accommodate weddings of all sizes, and our shaded terrace opens to the spacious and airy lawn that will make your special day unforgettable. The property features 18 villas including one four bedroom house with full kitchen and billiards room.

Our main dining room, with an impressive vaulted wooden ceiling, can seat 40 for a seated dinner and 50 for a standing reception. The dining room is adjacent to an expansive industrial chef’s kitchen.
The Courtyard Lawn
By far our largest accommodation, the outdoor courtyard and lawn area can comfortably accommodate over 200 guests. Popular for larger weddings, this outdoor option is ideal for parties and groups that need expansive space for their programs.
One of our largest and most private indoor accommodations, the Carriage House is approximately 800 square feet and offers plenty of flexibility. It can be configured for for a private seated dinner for up to 50 people and standing accommodations of much more.
The Upper & Lower Terraces
A serene setting just under our signature cupola tower and near the pool, the Upper Terrace (pictured here) offers a cozy atmosphere for seated dinners of up to 50, and standing accommodations for much more. Shaded by lush vegetation and adjacent to the Carriage House, the Lower Terrace is the ideal outdoor space for a larger-sized gathering of up to 100 seated.
The Board Room
The perfect setting for a private dinner for groups of up to 20, this approximately 500 square foot room also offers the convenience of close proximity to our other options for “break out” sessions. Furnished with a board table, couch and chairs, there are numerous options to configure this room for your event.

Our team works closely with trusted local caterers who specialize in creating unforgettable culinary experiences – featuring regional cuisines and wines from our surrounding vineyards. We have experience hosting a wide range of events for your wedding including twilight cocktail hours, buffet lunches, intimate dinners and large receptions.
Sonoma Coast Wine and Adventure Tours
Our team can help program daily, off-property adventures for your guests conveniently located within short drives of our Villa. Your day might include a stroll on the beach, horse back rides through state parks, bird watching, coastal fishing, a winery tour, or browsing the many local antique shops.
Health & Wellness
Our team can help build a customized health and wellness itinerary for your wedding guests. We work with a trusted network of local health and wellness experts to bring private yoga sessions, sound meditations, massage treatments and fitness programs that can take place both indoors and outdoors across our 60 acre property.

Guestroom blocks are not required, however we do offer the best available rates on room block bookings. Our team works closely with trusted local caterers who specialize in creating unforgettable culinary experiences- featuring regional cuisines and wines from our surrounding vineyards. All outdoor music must be completed by 10pm. *Event maximum occupancy is subject to change based on current local and state COVID-19 guidelines.
