Guided Yoga Class
Join our professional yoga instructor on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Carriage House or outside if the weather is nice for a guided yoga session. This class can be adapted for any skill level to complement your vacation with mind-body balance. Practice measured movements that can help balance that frenzied energy and enjoy a soothing and uplifting start to your day.
$15 per person
Our skilled therapists begin your 100 minute treatment with a Mediterranean foot bath, heated neck wrap and a cup of “computer de-compress” tea. You are then led to one of our comfortable rooms where a special blend of aromatherapy oils are utilized during your massage to enhance relaxation. A soothing eye treatment/pressure point massage follows and then a cocoon-like blanket wrap to ensure that you can let the relaxed state sink in. Your therapist will then take a few minutes to give a personalized consultation on self-help techniques for the prevention and relief of stress.
