Welcome to Bodega Bay!

The town of Bodega Bay is located along State Route 1 on the eastern side of the Bodega Harbor. Bodega Bay is the site where the first Russian structures were built in California leading up to the establishment of Fort Ross by the Russian American Company. The bay has been seen in my movies throughout history including The Birds, The Fog, and was featured in the cult horror movie Puppet Master.

Where to go in Bodega:

Doran Park is a strip of beach formed by the currents of Bodega Bay. Perfect for surfing or body boarding.
Bodega Head, a peninsula that forms the protective arm between the ocean and the bay. Provides an ideal place to watch whales migrate.
Armstrong Redwoods State Reserve where you can hike nature trails while seeing the world’s tallest trees.
Crane Creek Regional Park where you can hike nature trails while smelling spring wildflowers.
